I think that if you have any experience in the kitchen that you probably get, how to use these items but for keeping this blog short and sweet I just want to talk about the cheese slicer.....

The cheese slicer comes in all shapes and sizes, but the main thing is that the cutting part is a wire .....now usually when the most common cheese like goat cheese is sliced with a knife it makes a big mess.....this wire will slice right through and leave you with a perfect disk of goat cheese...
